Story to share:

1.Personal work experience in the company: (what?you see and learn, how you feel)

The company feels like the dynamic enterprise that befits a cutting edge of technology company. We have our North America HQ in Austin, a city bubbling with energy and promise, which reminds me of my colleagues and their passion for blockchain solutions. I feel empowered and embraced by the values and actions I see in motion every day.

2.From personal perspective, share something about you, your value, and thoughts, such as:

What does success look like to you?

I envision success as having created conditions enabling myself, my team, and my organization to make a meaningful impact on the world.

What is the most valuable piece of advice you've ever received, and where did it come from?

The most valuable piece of advice I have ever received is “Authenticity is powerful, and feedback is always a gift.”Those simple words summarize my take-aways from the thousands of interactions I had during my two years at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

What is the biggest obstacle you've overcome in life?

The biggest obstacle I ever had to overcome was running my start-up in California while not being able to travel internationally because of a pending immigration process—while my mother, who lives in China, was diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer (treated and recovered now).

Where will you be in 5 years?

In five years, I will be living happily in Silicon Valley or Austin with my family, and I will have done my part to get Atlas Mining to go public and become a dominant force in North America in the blockchain domain.

How pandemic change your workstyle, do you prefer to work from home or the office?

As an extrovert, the pandemic was extremely hard for me at the beginning, but now that I am fully vaccinated, I have been enjoying the flexibility that is offered by working from home along with the occasional business trip where I get to (very carefully) hang out with and get to know new colleagues. When the pandemic is over, I will prefer to return to working regularly in an office environment.

What is your motivation for entering this industry?

Cryptocurrency is one of the most fascinating and edgy technologies I have been exposed to, and it is closely related to other blockchain technologies that are disruptive and impactful. As goes the Stanford GSB motto, I am enthusiastic to “Change lives, change organizations , change the world”, and joining a leading company in crypto is the way I plan to achieve that!
